Hechtia Ventura is a great Hechtia hybrid between H. marnier-lapostollei x H. glomerata (although not positive which was the seed parent and which was the pollen parent).
It was created by Sally Marz and is shy to bloom. I just had the mother plant bloom and it is a female (although the flowers seemed strange). It is a terminal blooming plant that has numerous leaves like H. glomerata and the white, fuzzy scurf of H. marnier-lapostollei on its leaves. My blooming plant was around 20” in diameter.
